N-Cubed Engineering’s founding partners, and brothers, Cung Nguyen & Duy Nguyen started the firm in 2012 looking to provide value added engineering to the Fabrication, Process, and Construction industries. They believed each project deserved the utmost care and attention as if they were the client who was building the project being engineered; the brothers literally “owned” each project they worked on. To this day, this core value continues on in each employee and associate in the firm. Along with the senior partners, we have a team of design technologists, engineers in training, and mechanical technicians to cater to our clients every need.

Cung Nguyen, the principal engineer in the firm, has 25+ years’ experience in structural, process, and equipment design working as a tooling and process engineer and stress analyst for various firms including AECL, Dana Corporation, and McMaster University. He has overseen numerous construction and commissioning projects including the Wolsong Reactor in Korea.

Before founding N-Cubed, Duy Nguyen worked as a consultant in the manufacturing industry before transitioning to building design and construction as a building code specialist and project manager. He has over 20+ years of broad and diverse experience that compliments the diverse needs of N-Cubed Engineering’s clients.

N-Cubed Engineering recently welcomed its third brother and senior partner Trieu Nguyen. He brings a vast wealth of experience and 20+ years in project management and mechanical / process design he gained while working at SNC Lavelin and Husky IM.
